sing a template means your website might look very similar to the hundreds, or even thousands, of your competitors websites that use the same website template. Plus, a template has a lot of “stuff” that you may not use. That “stuff” slows down your website’s’s performance.

QUESTIONS? Want a Custom Quote?
You likely have many more questions about how I can help you solve your business challenges.
Set Up a 100% FREE, NO OBLIGATION Zoom chat, phone call, or email me so you can learn how I can help.
A Personal Brand Website is the quickest to Design and Build, so they cost the least.
A Business Website costs start at a higher price point as they take more interaction with you, the Client, and contain more content.
E-Commerce Websites start at a higher price point than business websites as they have even more content, a robust online e-Commerce purchasing component, and more on-page SEO.
Each type of website requires a Monthly Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support fee that keeps your site Updated, Secure, and Performing at top speed.
Please send us an email to contact us! Please tell us what you want/need, and we will give you a quote for your website.
We will document a plan for the content of each page of your website prior to you getting a quote. This plan will be used to design each page. Clients are encouraged to supply their own images and written content, but we can also provide both for the website.
As each page is designed, the client will be able to review the page and provide guidance on image and written content changes. This can be done by email, phone, or video chat.
Yes, we do provide a Full Website Hosting Service with every website we build!
To be clear, any website we Design must also be hosted by us. We need to have full access to your website hosting hardware platform at all times just in case there is a problem with an update or a backup of some sort.
To keep our prices low and provide the best possible service, we do not use the client’s third-party hosting service.
Competition is a beautiful thing! Many people claim they will make you a website for less money, but they do not offer the quality of support or versatility.
We have seen the ads and the claims, but they might take your money and run. Or, if they don’t run with it, they will probably use a basic template.
The website developer will ask for the text you want on the website, and they will paste it into place.
Often you won’t have any say on the custom graphic design. You will have limited interactivity with the graphic designer.
Usually, the website built “on the cheap” will not be using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods, and it will look like a $600 site.
Often, in the end, you are getting the quality of a website for which you pay. Your website should get you the client leads you to need to be successful. A cheap website rarely does that. In the end, you have to make the decision.
The amount of time it takes to build your website varies from website to website. There are a lot of factors that go into how long a website will take.
A Personal Brand Website can usually be “live” within 3-business days of the start of development.
An 8-page Business Website can usually be “live” within 5-10 business days from the start of development. Additional pages take additional time.
An E-Commerce Website will take 2+ weeks, depending on the number of products you are selling.
Contact us, and we can chat and get you a quote.
Sometimes, web design companies offer both full-custom and pre-made template website design options to meet their clients’ needs.
Your business may want to establish a strong brand, so they want the custom look and functionality a website designed from scratch provides.
However, some businesses are not reliant on an online presence and opt to save money using a template.
We believe every business needs a full-custom website design to stand out from their competitors, which is why all our website designs (excluding the Personal Branding websites) use full-custom design.
Yes! Check out a few of our customers on the home page under the navigation tap Clients, or simply tap the word in this sentence.
Looking at the design style of these sites will help you evaluate the design diversity of the firm.
Also, note the speed performance (Fast Page Opening Times) of our sites, whether the navigation is easy to use if the websites are well-crafted if the designs are current and modern, and how well the design matches the business style.
Ask us questions. Please find out how we do website development.
Yes. Contact us for details.
A website is not just about having an online presence with a site that looks good. It’s about getting a return on investment and having that website deliver business results.
Our case studies provide specific results, such as increased online sales by a certain percentage, increased leads by a certain amount, or boosted the conversion rate by a certain percentage in a specific time period.
Any company you select to design your website should be as concerned about generating revenue for your website as you are.
They should be able to list proven strategies that they typically incorporate into a site design.
A results-oriented strategy should be in line with your goals. such as:
- Prominent placement of your business phone number,
- An appealing slideshow on the home page that reinforces your business
- Featured products or sales prominently appear on every page of the site, and
- Calls to action that are prominently positioned to grab the visitors’ attention.
Yes!
If you have an existing website, not all pages may need a Full Redesign, especially if they hit high-performance marks and have strong SEO.
Building a website for your competitors can be a good or bad thing.
For example, if we have designed websites in the past for other businesses in your space, we may better understand what works and what doesn’t, enabling us to help guide you to a better website than your competitors.
That said, we understand you may not want an apparent conflict of interest.
If you have this as a concern, let’s talk and see if there is a way to satisfy your concerns.
Our website design process includes four stages:
- Strategy & Research,
- Design,
- Website Development, and
- Launch & Evaluate.
You will work with a specific manager for your project.
We will set a timeline for the different stages.
You will receive weekly progress reports.
Planning out your website is key to ensuring its success!
To accomplish this, we research your industry and perform a basic market analysis before planning the website’s overall functionality, content structure, elements, delivery, and other components.
Project needs vary. Business and eCommerce websites will often have a website designer/programmer and a graphics designer involved.
We typically devote one person to your project, depending on the scope of the work, and add/remove other staff based on the project scope.
It varies based on the website’s needs.
However, every website will have a website designer/programmer.
We will assign a graphics designer to your project to make a new logo or image services.
We will assign a content writer to your project for any needed writing services.
The number of pages on your website is something that we will work out together during the initial phase of the project, as it affects the price.
Search engines like websites with several pages of quality text.
Typically websites have standard pages: About Us, FAQs, Contact Us, and Privacy and Terms of Conditions.
During our initial consultation, we ask you questions to get a feel for your business, the tone and style you want to portray, and the types of web design styles you like.
Your inputs will help us understand the type of aesthetics you’re looking for in terms of site components and provide strategic information as to the purpose of your new site, your target audience, and the content it should contain.
We work hand-in-hand with our clients to provide you with the type of website you desire.
Our clients are involved weekly and sometimes daily, working with us to make a website that will generate more clients.
At the beginning of the project, we lay out a plan for each page, including colors, fonts, image placement, and more.
We ask clients to provide feedback frequently so that when the website launches, both old and new website visitors are generally pleased.
Our goal is to develop a website for you that gets your business more traffic!
Typically, you need to provide any images, text, or other content you want on your site.
If you choose to have the text done by our copywriters, you’ll need to provide us with basic information.
If you provide your website copy, we may need a few tweaks for better search engine optimization or design presentation.
Whatever the case may be, we will notify you in advance of any revisions needed to your copy and why they are required. You will also need to pay 50% to 10
0% of the total project cost before the project starts. The balance of the project payment is due before the project goes live on your domain.
Yes!
We design your website with room to grow in mind.
Typically you will be adding products and services as you grow.
Expanding your website is usually as simple as adding a few pages and modifying navigation buttons.
We will quote you an hourly or project price.
Yes!
We work with experienced graphics designers to create custom client logos.
Yes!
We work with several website image companies that provide royalty-free images.
Clients may also provide images, but the client will need to provide proof of rights use before using clients’ images on the website. We require this to protect the client, ourselves, and the copyrights of all artists.
Yes!
Sometimes a brand is readily recognized by its clients by using a specific set of colors or fonts.
If your brand is already recognized to use specific fonts and colors, we can use those fonts and colors in your new website design.
Rarely.
If you want a new logo, we sometimes work graphics design firm to do the work.
Otherwise, all the projects are done 100% in-house.
Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t hide our prices to force you to call us. We don’t play games as they do.
For example, on this website, you will find the price for each of the three types of websites we design – Business – eCommerce – Personal Brand.
Two of the website designs – Business and eCommerce – we show the “Starting Price.”
We show the “starting price” because every Business and E-Commerce is a custom website.
The third, Personal Brand, is a fixed price. Other services we offer we show our prices marked.
Unlike much of our competition, we don’t play games on pricing.
At each of our price points, we clearly state everything included.
If you have any questions, please ask. We’re constantly taking client inputs to improve our transparency.
As your project progresses, you might want additional services outside the original scope of the project.
If you request additional services or changes outside the original project scope, we will send you an invoice. Extra work invoices must be paid before the work is started.

What you ask about is called “Responsive Design.”
A Responsive Design accommodates all visitors, whether accessing it from a desktop computer or a mobile device.

SEO for any website is a “MUST” in today’s world.
We will do a FREE SEO audit of your existing website pages before designing a new one.
If no prior website exists, we will ask you about the search terms you believe clients may use to find you, as well as research the standard SEO terms your competitors use.
Choosing the right keywords on each page of your site is an essential SEO marketing component.
However, a complete keyword study is entirely outside the scope of our and most website designs.
Clients are urged to provide a list of keywords for each page.
Clients are required to supply the written content for each page.
If you rely on organic search traffic to meet your goals, we offer a “Website Keyword Study” Package. This package goes more in-depth than the primary keywords we incorporate based on your industry.
Most clients find the common keywords we use for their sites to meet their needs, but the “Keyword Study Package” can drive more organic traffic and quickly pay for itself with more customers.

We proudly use the WordPress CMS.
WordPress powers over 40% of websites worldwide.
We follow current CSS and HTML standards established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Your website will get a unique IP address rather than a static IP address.
A unique IP address ranks higher on search engines and is not considered spam by most email providers.
Yes!
We will check whether the name you want for your site is available and will register it for you.
Our monthly plans include a free annual domain name renewal (up to $12 value).
Yes!
We set up a URL for you to watch and provide input as we develop the website.
We encourage daily feedback but keep in mind that you are “watching the sausage being made,” so your website may look a bit strange at times.
Yes!
We thoroughly test all functionality before launch day.
We want to be sure all hyperlinks, email capture forms, videos, and social media links work as intended.
As our clients have access during development, we encourage them to test and report any non-functionality discovered.
Yes, but usually for only a few minutes to a few hours.
We develop websites on separate URLs from any existing production website.
Once the new site is ready to launch, we will usually pick a slow usage day to perform the switch-over.
It can take minutes to up to 48 hours for all web servers worldwide to update and display the new website for clients with an existing website.
Once a client has paid all outstanding invoices, you own the website.
All websites we develop require a subscription to a monthly Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support Plan.
These plans all include access to regular backups, which any experienced website developer can use to set up your website on another host should you choose to leave us.
I am not a lawyer, so this is NOT a legal answer, but simply my limited understanding.
In the USA, most artwork is “owned” by the artist. Users of that artwork can be granted or sold usage rights.
We use artwork provided by the client as long as they provide a copy of the usage rights.
We use artworks from sites such as Pixabay.com and UnSplash.com, among others. These sites provide images that have free commercial usage rights with or without attribution.
Yes! We require that clients’ websites use our chosen hosting services.
We take responsibility for the website experience. The hosting service is a big part of that client experience.
We need to manage your website’s hardware efficiently, and we can only do that if we are using a hosting provider that we work with every hour of every day.
Yes!
In fact, we will set up social media platforms for your business, events, and do posts for you (extra fees may apply).
See our social media plans for more details.
Yes!
We required all clients to be on one of our monthly Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support Plan subscriptions.
See our monthly Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support Plan subscriptions for more details.
We provide a monthly PDF report on your website.
This report includes page views, unique visits, time on site, bounce rate, conversion rate, inbound links, search engine ranking, etc.
Yes!
In addition to a monthly report that every client gets, you will get a client admin sign-in username and password.
This will grant you access to a Client Dashboard that will give you all your website analytics.
We recommend and use WordPress for your website platform.
WordPress runs over 40% of all websites worldwide.
Yes!
Today is virtually impossible to build a website without using custom code on both the frontend (visual layout of the website) and the backend (the hardware server code that runs the website).
We need some essential information and material from you to begin work on your project.
Information needed includes your branding guidelines and assets, copywriting, imagery, etc.
Web design requires high-resolution imagery, so be prepared to either (1) provide your high-res imagery or (2) work with your web designer to create or source imagery for you.
We detail each project scope in a written quote.
There are certainly some specific sub-questions here that would be good to ask based on your particular project needs and goals.
Don’t be afraid to ask the questions needed to understand what you’ll be getting for the price quoted.
Our web design projects include the first draft with a type of revision process so you can see and review your site design and functionality. We want feedback and revisions as early as possible.
Once the new website launches, minor changes are usually covered under the monthly Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support Plan you are on.
We quote more extensive changes on a per-hour basis.
We love our clients (we do!).
Still, the completion of a project is limited by our client’s ability to compile the information/material needed and review and send feedback on website drafts.
This needed client feedback is what most often delays a project from its original target date.
If you’re in a rush to complete your project, ask us what you can do to help move things along. We’ll set timelines and let you know what will be most helpful to keep the design process moving swiftly.
All website design projects require a 50% payment of the total invoiced amount before the project start.
Before the website launch, the final 50% of the design fee must be paid in full.
Clients receive an electronic invoice. Payment options include most major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH.
Monthly subscription services are auto-charged to our on-file credit or debit card.
All other services will be invoiced and must be paid before the services are rendered.
Communication is by email. Emails allow me to have a written record of our communications and to provide you with any screenshots of changes.
When needed, we can set up a Zoom or phone call.
If you contracted for any custom artwork, such as a logo, you would receive this artwork via email.
Backups of the website are available to you also.
Yes!
Please see a few of our client’s websites on our home page and our Client page.
No, we do not focus on a single industry.
If you look at our portfolio, you will see that our client’s websites cover many industries.
A “Landing Page” is a term that is usually used to refer to a special website page that was built to measure the “conversion rates” for a specific marketing campaign.
So, if you have us run marketing campaigns, there will typically be one to several for each campaign.
We price our websites very competitively.
Websites are genuinely a situation where “you get what you pay for.”
The “most expensive – meaning cheap” website is one you build yourself (WiX, SquareSpace, etc.) or one from a generic website provider like GoDaddy.
I say the “most expensive – meaning cheap” website because you won’t pay much money, but you will likely get very few visitors.
Why? Because there are hundreds of details. A skilled web developer knows what work is needed to make a successful website that you can not possibly understand as a layperson.
The result of “going cheap in short-term dollars” will be delayed revenues that will likely cost you many times more than the cost of hiring a professional website developer.
Page Speed is the term used to discuss how long it takes any web page on your website to fully open (load) on a visitor’s laptop, tablet, or phone.
Page Speed as measured on the phone is the most critical as Google metrics. Google’s metrics indicate that 80% of all visits to websites on a cell phone.
A high Google Page Speed ranking is one reason we require all our client’s websites to be on a monthly Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Support Plan.
We optimized for the front-end and back-end of your website to make your website pages load (open) as fast as possible – usually in 1-3 seconds.
One of the times that make our sites stand out from our competitors is to optimize every page of your website for Search Engines such as Google.
Optimizing your website pages for SEO takes special skills and tools, making it outside the scope of most individuals who build their websites and lower-end website companies like GoDaddy.
